Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has described the death of Oludofian of Idofian, Oba Zubair Agboola Adeyeye, Oyesoro II, as a great loss to Igbomina land. He said this through a condolence message after the announcement of the transition of the 90 years old monarch at early hours of Friday 18th June, 2021.
According to the Kwara South ENACT Principal,
Oba Zubair Agboola Adeyeye, Oyesoro II was a father of peaceful and loving characters. His reign as Oludofian was hallmarked for consistent peaceful coexistence among the people, tranquility and progress for the ancient town.
Baba was a reverred Monarch with progressive interests of Igbomina at heart at all times. He was a good custodian of the town heritage, history and consciousness, which he was able to maintain till death comes. Truly, Igbomina Descendants will miss you, Kabiyesi.
