The ENACT Principal Engr Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has expressed deep condolence over the demise of the Eleju of Igbonla, Oba Olabode Jimoh at the early hours of today. Engr. Adeyemi described the monarch as a peaceful and progressive leader in his lifetime. *Only God has control over human existence; no one knows when and where death shall come. Though we believe in the certainty of death, whenever it occurs, our love for the deceased makes us pained. Indeed, the demise of Oba Jimoh Olabode is painful at this critical time.
As a peaceful and progressive king, kabiyesi will be missed by all and sundry, especially those who had points of connection with Baba while alive. Baba’s disposition to communal development and unity among citizens and residents are endearing qualities that characterised his reign.
From ENACT family, we console the Executive Governor of Kwara State, the royal families in Igbonla, wife and children of Oba Jimoh Olabode, sons and daughters at home and abroad. May God grant him eternal paradise and uphold Igbonla
