The Director of Special Duties Committee of the Kwara APC 2023 General Election, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has congratulated His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on his emergence as the Chairman of Nigerian Governors’ Forum.
