Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has admonished the Muslim Ummah in the country to seize the special grace of the salah festival to pray for prosperous Nigeria. He said this while felicitating with Nigerians on the occasion of 2024 Eid -l- Kabir. According to him,
This year’s Eid-l-Kabir celebration comes with moderation due to the global socio-economic challenges. Though Nigerians are experiencing it in a harder way than most, there is hope of betterment in the near future. With patience, inclusive economic practices, and unshaken belief in the ways of Allah, the hardship will be forgotten with grateful hearts. These and many are the lessons learnt from Prophet Ibrahim (A.S)
As the moment is charged with special grace of answered prayers, let us show our patriotism by praying for the leaders and the nation for the attainment of our collective hope in Nigeria. Let us live above primordial political sentiments throughout the period.
